Prime and Beyond, established in 2003, is a family owned steak house that has been serving exquisite USDA Prime Steaks in Tri-State area with its profound reputation. Initiating from its first establishment in Fort Lee, NJ, Prime and Beyond has extended its service to New York City, launching its second location in downtown East Village, New York City in 2011.
Deriving from precise hand selecting methods by ‘Q the butcher’, who is also a co-owner of Prime and Beyond with his brother Kevin, USDA Prime is the only type of meat that the establishment egoistically uses despite of high wholesale costs. Their goal is to provide customers with the best and only the best steak in town, and to provide customers with unforgettable memories.
The specially hand selected meats by the butcher are dry aged up to 8 weeks in temperature and humidity controlled refrigeration unit located within the premise of the restaurant itself.
